I have been coaching since 2010, with extensive experience working with athletes (both teams and individual) in strength-based training environments.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that strength training and physical capacity are foundational to life-long health, performance, and resilience.
My personal fitness and performance goals are centered around the things I love most: Strength Training, Skiing, Skiing with my family, skiing with friends, and MTBing
